Cindy Paul is the Founder and Executive Director of the Wellness Alliance: Truth In Health Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing education, collaboration, and ethical integration across natural, integrative, and community-based health in Oklahoma.

Cindy launched the Alliance to address critical gaps in health education, access, and coordination—creating a trusted platform that connects practitioners, educators, advocates, businesses, and community leaders. She oversees the organization’s strategy, operations, partnerships, events, communications, and long-term growth, ensuring the Alliance remains education-forward, transparent, and mission-driven.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Cindy owns and operates two wellness-focused organizations that align with the Alliance’s values while operating independently:

Neighborly Wellness

Integrative Wellness Clinic & Education Center

Cindy serves as Director of Marketing and Business Development for Neighborly Wellness, where she leads all digital strategy, brand development, content creation, and client education initiatives. She manages B2B relationships, practitioner collaboration, and community outreach, supporting the clinic’s mission of education-first, non-invasive, and preventative wellness care.

As owner and Director of Marketing and B2B Strategy for TrueMedX, Cindy oversees all digital infrastructure, e-commerce, branding, and educational content. She manages wholesale partnerships, affiliate programs, practitioner education, and B2B relationships, ensuring products are positioned responsibly and supported with clear, compliant education for both consumers and partners.
