Keysha L. James — President
Provides governance leadership and strategic guidance to support integrative health education and ethical wellness initiatives throughout Oklahoma.
Paige Grellner — Secretary
Supports board governance, documentation integrity, and organizational alignment while contributing expertise in integrative bodywork and nervous system health.
Chip Paul — Treasurer & Legislative Liaison
Oversees financial transparency and leads legislative advocacy efforts advancing integrative health protections and policy awareness across Oklahoma.
Executive Leadership (Volunteer Service)
Executive leadership oversees daily operations, strategic partnerships, membership development, compliance oversight, and program implementation. All executive roles currently serve in volunteer capacity as the organization continues to grow and expand its statewide impact.
Cindy Paul — Executive Director (Volunteer)
Oversees organizational operations, strategic growth initiatives, communications, partnerships, sponsorship development, and program execution. Cindy leads executive functions in a volunteer capacity to advance Truth in Health’s mission across Oklahoma.
Connie Street, RN — Safety & Compliance Lead (Volunteer)
Provides oversight of ethical standards, regulatory alignment, and compliance across Truth in Health programs, partnerships, and educational initiatives to ensure mission integrity and responsible operations.

Legislative Affairs Committee
Lead: Chip Paul
Monitors health-related legislation, advances advocacy efforts, and promotes policy awareness impacting integrative and natural health practices across Oklahoma.
Safety & Compliance Committee
Lead: Connie Street, RN
Oversees ethical standards, regulatory alignment, and compliance integrity across organizational programs and partnerships.
Outreach & Membership Committee
Leads: The Home & Lifestyle Team, Deanna Conway
Supports professional recruitment, community partnerships, and growth of the Truth in Health membership network.
Events & Education Committee
Leads: Cindy Paul, Connie Street, Deanna Conway, The Home Team
Develops educational programming, monthly gatherings, and the annual Clean Living Expo.
