Founder, The Connie Williams Group at Stetson Bentley Real Estate
Creator, Time for Living Seminars
Connie Williams is a lifelong Oklahoman, born and raised in Bethany, and a proud graduate of Putnam City West High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Oral Roberts University, with additional studies at Southern Nazarene University, Oklahoma City University, and the University of Oklahoma.
Connie’s professional calling was shaped through deeply personal experiences as a caregiver. When her mother faced terminal cancer and her mother-in-law suffered a stroke while visiting from North Carolina, Connie stepped into the role of advocate, organizer, and guide for her family. Through these experiences, she recognized a critical gap in compassionate, knowledgeable housing and downsizing support for seniors and their families.
Motivated to make a meaningful difference, Connie earned her Oklahoma real estate license in 2013 and went on to become both a Certified Senior Housing Professional and a Senior Real Estate Specialist in 2015.
Today, Connie combines her passion for people with her gift for teaching to guide seniors and their adult children through the “rightsizing” process—helping families make proactive, informed decisions with clarity and confidence. Through her Time for Living Seminars, statewide presentations such as Moving Mom and Dad: The Sandwich Generation and Downsizing Made Easy, and her role as a facilitator for Crossings Community Church CareSeries support groups, Connie educates and empowers families during life’s most sensitive transitions.
As the founder of The Connie Williams Group and creator of Time for Living Seminars, Connie is dedicated to transforming what can feel like an overwhelming move into a thoughtful, supported journey—one that leaves families feeling confident, cared for, and genuinely overjoyed.
