Welcome to the first annual Truth In Health Fair, a powerful community event designed to help Oklahomans understand the real supply chain of immune health — from the soil beneath our feet to the air we breathe, the water we drink, the surfaces we touch, and the systems inside our bodies that determine how we feel and heal.

🛍️ Vendor Booth – $50

Vendor booths are limited to one vendor per category. All vendors must apply using the form below. If your selected category is available, you will submit your booth payment within the same application to secure your spot. 

Vendor setup time is 8:00–8:30 AM and booths must be fully ready when doors open at 8:30.

  • 12:00–1:00 PM – Networking + Vendor Breakdown
