Cindy Paul
Founder & Executive Director
Cindy Paul is the Founder and Executive Director of the Wellness Alliance: Truth In Health Association. She launched the organization to bridge gaps in education, access, and collaboration across natural, integrative, and community-based health in Oklahoma. Cindy oversees operations, partnerships, events, communications, and strategic growth—bringing together practitioners, educators, advocates, and community leaders to advance informed, ethical wellness initiatives.

A naturopathic and integrative wellness practitioner, Keysha leads the Alliance with a vision for accessible education, whole-person support, and community empowerment. Her work emphasizes ethical care, collaboration, and education-forward wellness initiatives that serve individuals and families across Oklahoma.

Paige Grellner — Secretary & Outreach
Paige strengthens the Alliance through strategic outreach, member engagement, and organizational support, helping ensure the mission reaches every corner of the community through education-driven wellness initiatives.

Rance Edwards is an Oklahoma-based National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and Master Primal Health Coach (MPHC). He serves on the patient care team at Revero Health (metabolic and autoimmune clinic), lead coach at Metabolic Solutions LLC (functional mental health practice), and runs his own wellness practice, Full Spectrum Human LLC . After losing his mother to cancer while he was in high school and witnessing friends succumb to preventable diseases in the following years, Rance dedicated his career to helping others avoid similar fates.
